Dooney went home yesterday.  Going to live with a 90# 11 yr old lab brother.  She'll have fun!

Update on Bitsy...........

Now that Bitsy is feeling (and looking) so much better, we took her on our morning long walk.  She was wearing her new blue harness and knew she looked good so was prancing down the street. By the time we got to the fields she was a pro.  Lucy and Schroeder were showing her all the sites, (this is where we scared up the flock of turkeys, this is where the rabbit ran into, this is where we saw the deer, etc ,etc).  Once bits got the hang of it, she was wanting to dive into the bushes to show she could find things too!!  With Dooney-bug going to her new home, Lucy has turned her attention on Bits to get her to play with her.  Bits is not disappointing!! She's  a natural at  "chase me", one of Lucy's favorite games.  Bitsy is a sweet, little girl that would love her own home to manage.  She really does think she's in charge but willing to go along with your ideas.  She is a loveable, little character and will make a great addition to any family.
