Grady is
having a great day and has now given his approval to WI spring totally - My dog Cooper
loves to play tennis and Grady has been
watching him closely. Yesterday - when it was warm - Cooper was working with
his trainees on showing them how the game is played and Grady instead of his usual running around and jumping started
chasing the tennis balls and actually caught one! We decided that since that
was reason for a celebration (and the fact that it is Cooper's birthday), we all
celebrated with doggie ice cream - Grady loved it, Schroeder took awhile to get into it, but all
enjoyed the celebrating just the same.
And now my little squirrel(Schroeder) - since it has been so nice
the guys decided he needed to come with us for a walk - we were on a trail that
is pretty isolated so I let him run and worked on teaching him to come back to
me. At first he purposefully ignored me - but then figured out
that not only did he get praised, but also a treat when he came. So now when
you call him he becomes "Schroeder, Brown Racer" and comes running as fast as
his little legs will take him! he thinks he is such a good explorer!
