update from his fostermom....I bought him a stuffed toy, cow-bear and the other day when it was warm outside he was running around with it, tossing it into the air and chasing it down with gusto. He really loves attention and wants to interact, play and be petted as much as he can!  He is quite the little snuggler and just wants someone to love!
