Chuckles seems to be the
leader, not that it goes to his head, because time and again you will see him
rolling on his back in play. But he seems to like to choose the games. He will
grab a toy and run and show the other dogs trying to entice one on them into
"chase me". He just is a young boy that loves to play. He is also learning his
manners, trying not to pull on his leash; sitting and waiting for his turn to
get a treat and coming when called. He is a dog with a wonderful big heart
looking for his person(s) to continue training and playing with him!
Earl, the Pearl, as stated
already has a master degree in playtime so we're working on other things! He is
trying hard to learn to share and not grab for his treat when they are being
handed out and has already improved; he is pulling a bit on the leash, but this
is all new for him and he just wanted to make certain he got a good smell of
everything. He crates up fine and behaves himself. He doesn't seem to pay much
attention to the cats other than a quick smell as he runs by. He is also doing
good with his house training and hasn't had any accidents to date, nor has he
even tried to mark, which is a good sign! He has a great personality and is
thrilled when someone pays attention to him. This poor guy is just " looking
for love! ". He still
has some puppy mannerisms. All he needs is a little help with his training and
he will be a perfect family addition. He is a loving, little guy with a happy
outlook on life!
