Beatle is getting bigger (of course), sillier (of course, he is a discovering
puppy), sweeter & more loveable every day!. he has so much puppy energy
& just loves to run around & share it with all the dogs - whether they
want to play or not! His latest antic has been directed to the cats. they have
a nylon tube with holes in the top that they can hide in & Beatle has
decided that looks like fun so now whenever he goes by that tube, he runs over,
tries to crawl in - either from the top or the sides - to find a cat to play
with - based on this, I'm thinking he'd do great at the tunnel in agility
training - he's a natural! And of course, he still loves his plastic bottle
soccer games and he's trying to learn the rules of fetch. My dog loves to catch
tennis balls - not always bringing them back....no problem, Beatle hasn't
figured out the catching part but loves to chase after my dog & try to get
them out of his mouth to run around with them - bottom
line is this boy
loves to play!
Kelwood aka Woody is just learning to enjoy life. he
loves his daily walks to explore the world and is doing well on the leash,
except that time the deer took off in front of him - he wanted to chase that
deer so bad and who could blame him! he gets along good with the other dogs but
does seem to get a little nervous when the dogs in their lawn run out & bark
at him (but honestly, sometimes they scare me too so i can't blame him!) We
haven't made much progress in getting him to join the "fetch" game, he seems
much more content to lay in the sun & when he needs to work off energy he
just takes off running his laps around the yard & everyone moves out of the
way - this boy can run! he loves his attention & needs someone who can
reassure him that he will get his daily does of "loving" - he has a big, big
heart!
